Treat Warts with vitamins

Treat Yeast Infection with Vitamin a

Experts say that when it comes yeast infections, Vitamin A can help in two ways.
First, it can be taken orally. As much as 25,000 IU of Vitamin A is recommended for the body to effectively fight yeast infection. However, pregnant women should take caution taking this vitamin as there are some evidences linking it to birth defects.
The second way to use Vitamin A for yeast infection is to insert a gelatin capsule directly into the vagina. Doing so would boost the immune system of the vaginal area, making the cells more equipped to fight off all the bacteria causing infections.

Vitamin C can help Yeast Infection

Vitamin C is ascorbic acid. This acid boosts the immune system, making it more potent in fighting off bacteria and viruses away from the body.
When there are no bacteria, no infection would occur. Around 4,000 milligrams of Vitamin C are recommended daily for people suffering from yeast infections. The 4,000 mg daily requirement is commonly divided in two dosages. Half of it should be taken in the morning and the other half in the evening.

Vitamin E can treat Yeast Infection

Around 400 IU of Vitamin E is recommended for people suffering from yeast infections.
Vitamin E is a vitamin that enhances skin renewal. Patients of chronic yeast infection could add more vegetable oil and whole grain cereals to their diets for an increased level of Vitamin E in their body.
