High Blood Pressure Vitamins

Vitamin B To Fight High Blood Pressure

The Folate, a form of Folic acid is a Vitamin B which helps in controlling the blood pressure levels in a person's system.
It is necessary for the formation of our red blood cells and used by many to reduce high levels of homocysteine.
This holds especially true for women, when they consume food which is rich in Folic acid.
Green leafy vegetables, lentils and citrus fruits, it is also present in a few types of bread and cereals eaten for breakfast.

Vitamin C Controls Blood Pressure Levels

If about 500mg of Vitamin C is consumed on a daily basis either in its natural form or through fruits and vegetables, it will result in reduction of Blood pressure levels.
It is said to work better than prescription drugs. Garlic is said to be very good for the heart and for keeping BP in control.

CoQ-10 cures

Coenzyme Q10 is more of a nutrient that generates cellular energy in our muscles It is prescribed by Doctors to people suffering from BP, or heart related problems to help reduce the levels and keep blood lipids low.

If you suspect bladder problems, it is always best to consult your doctor about it. He should be able to provide you with a treatment therapy to address the disease. These vitamins may also be prescribed to speed up the healing process.

As stated earlier, bladder inflammation is a major health risk. You are advised against self-medication. These vitamins are good complements to the medicines prescribed by your doctor but they should not be used in replacement of them for any reason.

About Hypotension - High Blood Pressure

As a person grows old, certain health conditions set in, depending on their eating habits and lifestyle. Each time our heart beats, it pumps out a certain amount of blood into the arteries.
However, when blood carried from heart to rest of the body, the force with which it exerts against the walls of the blood vessels or the heart chamber is called Blood Pressure (BP) and when the force is beyond normal, it is High BP or Hypertension.
It is not directly connected to a person's stress levels, however stress does have an impact on the condition.
