Depression Treatment with vitamins

Treat Depression with vitamin D:

Depression can appear in any person, at any age, for many different reasons, such as lonesome, financial problems, loss of someone close, stress, drugs, genes, other disease, menopause, and many more.
Unlike sadness, which is normal to experience every once in a while, depression defined by ups and down in mood and sometimes persisting down moods which may last for a long time and interfere with the person's ability to function normally.
