Vitamins For Anemia

Treat Anemia with vitamins

Treat Anemia with Iron- stay healthy and strong

A very essential vitamin that our body needs to keep it going is iron, which is found many green leafy vegetables. Or can also be taken as oral medication based on prescription from one's physician. It is necessary for women, who are pregnant, going through menstruation or menopause.

Vitamin B12 can help Anemia

Vitamin B12 is a vitamin that is used to get our digestive system working well, and with no obstacles is what will increase our appetite, and thereby curb anemia from setting in. It also maintains our nervous system and adds to the red blood cells reproduction.

Folic Acid for Anemia

Another form of Vitamin B, the Folic acid kicks in when the body is ready to shut down and thereby helps keep us awake and alert. It also works in increasing the red blood cells in our body, which will boost our hemoglobin thereby adding color to our skin and energy to our body.

Anemia - definition

Repeated episodes of feeling tired and almost dead, almost like the body has no blood is what Anemia is.
It is basically a deficiency in the percentage of red blood cells in our body or where the level of hemoglobin has gone down phenomenally.
This automatically reduces the amount of oxygen in our body which in turn reflects on our energy levels. In women who are in their prime, if they don't consume enough Iron, they will become anemic and will need to work on boosting their metabolism and get back on their feet.
If after walking a couple of steps, you feel extremely tired, paleness or drained out, and in some cases, are gasping for breath, you could be anemic.
The skin will also become paler, almost whitish, and so the person needs to increase intake of certain vitamins to recover from this condition.
